As a Customer Service Representative, you'll provide excellent customer care to passengers while ensuring fair payment through ticket checking and assisting with crowd control at events. This position requires a flexible approach to shift patterns, including weekends and evenings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Check tickets and passes to ensure compliance.
- Be a visible presence to deter anti-social behaviour.
- Assist with customer care and signposting during events.
