CATS Team Lead

Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a service committed to improving the health and wellbeing of frail and older people.

About the Community Assessment and Treatment Services (CATS)

CATS provides rapid access to doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and OTs for primarily frail and/or elderly patients with a strong focus on prevention of hospital admission.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operational and clinical running of the Community Assessment and Treatment Service.
• Provide clinical and operational leadership to the CATS multidisciplinary team.
• Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Ensure the service is running safely, efficiently, and effectively.
• Provide leadership and educational opportunities for CATS staff.

Shift and Schedule

The services run from 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should have strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and experience in planning and organizing services.
