About the Community Assessment and Treatment Services (CATS)
CATS provides rapid access to doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and OTs for primarily frail and/or elderly patients with a strong focus on prevention of hospital admission.
Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operational and clinical running of the Community Assessment and Treatment Service.
- Provide clinical and operational leadership to the CATS multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct physiotherapy assessments and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Ensure the service is running safely, efficiently, and effectively.
- Provide leadership and educational opportunities for CATS staff.
Shift and Schedule
The services run from 08:30 to 17:00 Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants should have strong communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and experience in planning and organizing services.
