Stockport Homes Group have a vacancy for a Carecall Team Leader, responsible for assisting in the management of Stockport Homes Group's 24/7 Carecall Service. This role provides a high-quality falls response service that meets Stockport Homes Group's customers’ needs, allowing them to remain living independently in their own homes. Alongside the Operations Manager, you will secure new business, engage with team members, and achieve optimal outcomes for Stockport Homes Group's customers.
Main Responsibilities:
- Line management responsibility for a team of Carecall Officers.
- Prioritize increasing the client base and identify marketing opportunities.
- Ensure service compliance with the TSA Quality Standards Framework.
- Work innovatively to improve the Carecall service.
- Develop technology-enabled care offerings in line with industry developments.
- Collaborate effectively with in-house teams and external agencies for customer benefit.
Candidate Requirements:
Stockport Homes Group seek a candidate with previous experience working with vulnerable individuals in a supportive role. Essential skills include:
- Passion, self-motivation, persistence, and determination.
- Robust IT skills for effective caseload management.
- Experience in accurate recording of customer interventions.
- A driving license and access to a vehicle.
