Job Description

The role of Till & Customer Service General Assistant is a part-time position with flexibility required, particularly during the busy Christmas season. The working hours are expected to be between 6 to 18 hours per week, predominantly across weekdays and weekends with PM shifts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage openly with customers, showcasing an energetic and positive attitude.
  • Provide timely and polite service to all customers.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service and handle any queries efficiently.
  • Promote the Diamond Club membership and assist with customer deliveries.
  • Perform any additional duties as directed by your Line Manager.

Shift and Schedule

  • Availability for weekend shifts is essential.
  • Day shifts, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be immaculately presented, professional, and friendly, with a genuine interest in customer service. A good eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure in both team and individual settings is important.
