5 Hertford Street is currently looking for a Commis Waiter to join 5 Hertford Street's Sushi Bar team at 5 Hertford Street, a beautifully appointed private member's club located in the heart of Mayfair. 5 Hertford Street's aim is to provide a home away from home, where members are cared for by a dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Preparing the restaurant mise-en-place for the various shifts
• Delivering food from the kitchen to the restaurant stations or to members

Experience & Qualifications

• Significant experience in a similar position is essential
• Experience of working in a luxury hotel, restaurant or private member’s club is advantageous

Working Hours

Please note the working hours for this role are on a five-day basis, Tuesday to Saturday, only straight shifts from 4pm to close. Sunday and Monday are always off with straight evening shifts. The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays, and throughout Christmas each year.
