Data Analyst

Overview

Are you an experienced data professional with expertise in data analysis, management, and cleansing? If so, this role as a Data Analyst offers you the chance to significantly impact the organization while working with Social Housing and Property Asset Management data.

Responsibilities

• Act as a data steward ensuring reliable data management.
• Review data, provide reports, insights, and analyses.
• Conduct market research to identify data-driven opportunities.
• Compile and maintain a Data Register and deliver performance monitoring.
• Compile statutory reporting returns.
• Develop reports and dashboards.
• Facilitate data literacy within the organization.

Must Have

• A commercial track record in data analysis and an understanding of data management principles.
• Experience with Social Housing or Property Asset Management data sets.
• Basic understanding of SQL and desire to improve.
• Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot charts).
• Ability to identify data errors through exception reporting.
• Experience working with data from various sources.

Nice to Have / Will Strengthen Application

• Free hand SQL scripting skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (Power Pivot, DAX, VBA).
• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, SSRS).
• Experience with social housing management systems.
• Relevant certification or education.
