Dental Nurse/Trainee Dental Nurse

Overview

Lochee Dental Care is seeking a dedicated Dental Nurse to join Lochee Dental Care's team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent patient care and support the smooth operation of the dental practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist dentists and hygienists during dental procedures
• Prepare and maintain dental instruments and equipment
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the dental practice
• Provide chair-side assistance to dentists
• Take and develop dental x-rays
• Maintain patient records accurately
• Educate patients on oral hygiene practices

Experience

• Previous experience as a Dental Nurse is preferred but not required
• Strong patient care skills
• Excellent organizational abilities
• Basic IT skills for maintaining digital records
• Proficient in English to effectively communicate with patients and colleagues

Work Schedule

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Pay and Benefits

• Pay: £12.00 - £14.00 per hour
