• Identifying and cultivating relationships with London local authorities and other key stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
• Marketing and promoting FM Conway's Digital Urban Solutions to potential clients.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of smart city initiatives.
• Building and leading a high-performing team dedicated to digital urban solutions projects.
