About the Role:

As a Day Services Coordinator at Prestbury Day Centre, you’ll help individuals regain confidence and lead fulfilling lives. The centre provides a safe space to maximize choice, independence, and inclusion.

Responsibilities:

• Support individuals with social care needs, physical disabilities, and dementia.
• Develop care plans and risk assessments for personal care and day-to-day needs.
• Encourage participation in sessions and activities to enhance independence.
• Collaborate with parents, carers, and other professionals for positive outcomes.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualification.
• Experience with people having physical, mental health, or behavioral needs.
• Proficient in providing personal care and administering medication.
• Commitment to professional development and enhancing lives.
