Your Purpose

Molson Coors Brewing Company's Brewing Future Leaders Programme is designed for ambitious graduates eager to become the brewery leaders of tomorrow. Over a two-year period, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple UK sites, taking on up to three different roles in brewing and packaging.

This immersive program will deepen your understanding of key production areas and operational excellence, equipping you with the skills needed to excel in future leadership roles within Molson Coors Brewing Company's Supply Chain teams.

About You

Molson Coors Brewing Company welcome graduates enthusiastic about learning and making a difference. To be eligible, you should:

• Hold a degree in any STEM or related subject, graduating before September 2025.
• Have no more than 2 years of professional experience.
• Show a passion for brewing and a willingness to embrace mobility within the UK.
