Enhanced Provision Outreach Practitioner

Provide advice and outreach support to mainstream primary schools, with a particular emphasis on the early stages, to meet the additional support needs of children within their settings and to build capacity across mainstream schools to meet a wide range of additional support needs.
This post is attached to the Fraserburgh cluster of schools and flexible working across the cluster is required for operational and service needs.
Responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
- Providing outreach support to children and educators.
- Ensuring compliance with the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
This post has a minimum requirement of 2 references. One of these must be your current or most recent employer.
Requirements
The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. Where an individual has spent a continuous period of 3 months or more out with the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required.
