National Trust is looking for a Food and Beverage Team Leader to become a key part of National Trust's team. Please consider your ability to commute to National Trust's rural location before applying.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support to your team to ensure exceptional service in National Trust's café.
• Engage with customers directly, serving food and beverages with a positive attitude.
• Oversee displays and signage to maintain an appealing environment.
• Assist the kitchen team with food preparation as necessary.
• Supervise the induction and training of new colleagues.
• Participate in ongoing professional training and development opportunities.

Shift and Schedule

This position requires weekend availability, as shifts will include weekends and bank holidays.
