What You'll Be Doing

As the Team Leader, you will:

• Provide day-to-day support to your team to ensure great service in the café
• Focus on front-of-house operations, serving food and drink
• Maintain high standards of display and food presentation
• Supervise the induction and training of new colleagues
• Receive training in allergens and food safety
• Engage in further professional development opportunities
