Overview

The National Trust is renowned for its food and hospitality. National Trust operate 185 cafes, tea-rooms, and restaurants across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. National Trust is seeking a Food and Beverage Team Member who will contribute to creating memorable experiences for National Trust's visitors.

Responsibilities

As a Team Member, your primary focus will be front of house, engaging directly with guests. Responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers at the café
• Maintaining high standards of food and drink preparation and presentation
• Supporting the kitchen team as needed
• Keeping displays and signage accurate and appealing

Working Hours

This role is an hourly paid, fixed term position, where National Trust aim to provide a consistent working pattern. Flexibility is essential, as shift patterns may change to meet business needs. Shifts will include weekends and Bank Holidays, but there are no evening or split shifts.

Salary and Benefits

Salary for this position is £13.20 per hour (inclusive of Outer London Weighting). National Trust's benefits package includes:
