Fleet Coordinator

Overview

About the role:

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will oversee the fleet function, ensuring full utilization of the designated fleet management system(s). Your responsibilities include:

• Managing vehicle delivery and off-hire
• Ensuring vehicle compliance and handling accident/incident management
• Supporting the Fleet and Facilities Manager in maintaining the vehicle fleet
• Collaborating with the DLO and Estates Team to ensure operational effectiveness
• Being the point of contact for colleagues and suppliers

About you:

You will need significant experience in Fleet Management and the ability to implement creative solutions within fleet environments.
