About the role:
As a Fleet Coordinator, you will oversee the fleet function, ensuring full utilization of the designated fleet management system(s). Your responsibilities include:
- Managing vehicle delivery and off-hire
- Ensuring vehicle compliance and handling accident/incident management
- Supporting the Fleet and Facilities Manager in maintaining the vehicle fleet
- Collaborating with the DLO and Estates Team to ensure operational effectiveness
- Being the point of contact for colleagues and suppliers
About you:
You will need significant experience in Fleet Management and the ability to implement creative solutions within fleet environments.
