One Manchester have an exciting position available in the Assets Team for a Facilities Lead to join One Manchester!

The role of Facilities Lead at One Manchester includes, but is not limited to, the management of offices and miscellaneous buildings/assets owned and leased by One Manchester, One Manchester's vehicle fleet, and One Manchester's associated supply contracts.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing operational teams and ensuring effective service delivery.
• Overseeing compliance with relevant legislation.
• Implementing and managing procurement processes.
• Utilizing IT systems for data collection, reporting, and presentation.

What One Manchester’re looking for:

• Appropriate academic or professional qualification (HNC, Degree, MCIOB, etc.) or relevant experience.
• Previous management experience within a Facilities Management role.
• Current knowledge of legislation relevant to service areas.
• Proficient in IT systems for data analysis and reporting.
