Floor Manager

Overview

Rhubarb Food Design Limited’re looking to recruit a brilliant Floor Manager to join the Darwin Brasserie team at Sky Garden. Darwin is Rhubarb Food Design Limited's rooftop all-day restaurant inspired by the very best of British. Laid-back but luxe, the space is inspired by nature and understated décor which allows the food – and incredible view – to do the talking!

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of up to 75 staff in a busy, high-volume dining environment.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and high service standards.
• Manage restaurant operations and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Floor Manager or Team Leader in a similar setting.
• Charismatic, engaging, and smart in all senses.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of guests.

Schedule

Monday - Sunday

Salary and Benefits

Salary: up to £35,000 yearly
