Red Bull UK and Acosta Europe are looking for Field Sales Representatives (Strikers) to join Acosta's team across the UK.

About Acosta Europe: Acosta is part of one of the largest Sales and Marketing agencies globally, dedicated to Acosta's people and their development.

Your Role: As a Field Sales Representative, you will drive brand awareness and sales of Red Bull products.

Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: £25,000
• Bonus: 15% Performance Related Bonus
• Equipment Provided: Company Vehicle, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone

Responsibilities:

Performance:

• Build relationships with decision-makers in stores.
• Regular visits to retailers on a set cycle.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Achieve distribution, availability, and visibility targets.
• Utilize an entrepreneurial mindset for success.
• Negotiate for increased shelf space.
• Maximize brand awareness and educate customers.
• Implement in-store activations creatively.

Compliance:

• Conduct audits for promotional compliance.
• Ensure correct pricing and product availability.
• Oversee execution of product launches.

Data Recording:

• Accurately record response data.
• Document activities with high-quality photos and descriptions.

Insight:

• Provide actionable feedback on market intelligence.
• Monitor retailer procedures and trends.

Technical Skills:

• Utilize data for actionable insights.
• Analyze in-store visit dynamics.

Administration:

• Manage journey plans effectively.
• Ensure sufficient promotional material is available.
• Participate in monthly team meetings.

Experience and Skills:

• Preferred experience in FMCG or retail sales.
• Passion for the Red Bull brand and a drive to succeed.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with proven selling skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel 90-100% of the time.
