Field Support Supervisors with a passion for enhancing the quality of life of the people Voyage Care support are at the heart of Voyage Care's community service teams. Voyage Care’re currently searching for fantastic Field Support Supervisors to join Voyage Care in leading Voyage Care's supported living services in Swindon. This service is a welcoming and friendly environment with a dynamic team that supports a fantastic group of people!

Responsibilities include:

• Managing a team of colleagues to help people gain more independence in their daily lives
• Developing and implementing person-centred support plans
• Conducting care needs assessments
• Inducting new colleagues and completing supervisions/appraisals
• Completing medication competencies and medication audits
• Attending multi-disciplinary meetings and completing reports
• Assisting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day management of Voyage Care's services

You’ll regularly visit services and spend time with the people Voyage Care support. Participation in the on-call rota may be required, depending on the needs of the service.

Voyage Care seek Field Support Supervisors who possess both the right experience and values. Previous experience in a care management role and a Level 3 in Health & Social Care are essential, along with experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviours.
