Overview

Summary

The Field Support Supervisor position is critical to enhancing the quality of life for individuals supported by Voyage Care's community service teams. Voyage Care is seeking a dedicated professional to lead Voyage Care's supported living services in Gloucestershire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of colleagues to promote independence among service users.
  • Develop and implement person-centred support plans.
  • Conduct care needs assessments and induct new colleagues.
  • Complete supervisions/appraisals and medication competencies/audits.
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and assist the Branch Manager with daily operations.
  • Participate in the on-call rota as needed.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, with a weekend on-call on a rota basis.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Previous experience in a care management role.
  • Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, and complex mental health needs.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviours and support individuals from traumatic backgrounds.
