Overview

Momenta Group is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join a high-quality team working on a KYC Remediation project. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance and operational excellence within financial services.

  • Location: Remote working (laptop collection from client hub on day one)
  • Rate: £350 per day
  • Work Pattern: Standard Business Hours
  • Start Dates: October and November 2024
  • Duration: End of December 2024 with likely extension

Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Include:

  • Support the team to achieve productivity and quality targets
  • Learn and understand the process in depth
  • Resolve ongoing issues with individual team members or the group as a whole
  • Make appropriate risk-based escalations and performance development plans for team members
  • Work collaboratively with operational and support functions to conduct impact assessments and identify training needs
  • Deliver training through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Manage operational risk by ensuring governance and control processes are followed by your team

What Knowledge, Skills & Experience Momenta Group Need:

  • Minimum 12 months of team leader experience in financial services, remediation, or complaint handling
  • Previous KYC and/or screening experience is a distinct advantage
  • Ability to maintain specified quality and production targets
  • Proficient at MI tracking and reporting case status to management
  • Effective at issue resolution and performance development/coaching of teams
  • Able to adapt to change and manage relationships at all levels
  • Excellent attention to detail
