Overview

Starting salary £29,885, rising to £31,458 on successful completion of 6 month probation period.

As a General Builder, you will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch maintenance services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include:

• Diagnosing issues accurately and implementing responsive maintenance methods to achieve a 'first time fix' standard.
• Optimizing repair processes to make the most of resources.
• Utilizing mobile working solutions for efficient job allocation and data management.
• Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining respect and courtesy in every interaction.

Key requirements include:

• Full clean driving licence.
• Experience/knowledge of roofing and essential ground works knowledge (flagging and fencing).
