Overview

• Salary: Up to £26,162 (DOE) plus benefits.
• Hours: 42 hours April to September / 36 hours October to March.
• You will be compensated with an average pay that balances seasonal hourly fluctuations, ensuring fair and consistent remuneration throughout the year.
• Location: Dorchester (Frampton), covering sites in Dorset and Somerset.
• This is a permanent role.

The Role: Magna Housing Limited have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join Magna Housing Limited's team. While mostly working as part of a crew of 2, you will be part of a larger team covering Dorset and surrounding areas.

• You will be responsible for managing Magna Housing Limited's communal areas, grass cutting, minor tree works, and hedge/shrub cutting.

What You Need to Be Successful:

• Proven experience in providing grounds maintenance services is essential.
• A willingness to learn, coupled with a positive and flexible attitude, as well as being a great team player, is key to this role.
• Applicants will need to have a full driving license and the ability and confidence to tow a trailer.
• You must be able to get to and from the Frampton depot independently.
