Main Responsibilities

As a General Operative with 2 Sisters, you will be handling raw chicken products for top-tier customers within a busy chilled factory environment. You will:

• Work as part of a team
• Be responsible for hygiene, regularly cleaning your hands
• Be aware of the surrounding environment and potential hazards
• Work at a consistent rate to meet daily production targets
• Minimize waste by following standard operating procedures
• Ensure no foreign bodies enter the product
• Ensure products on the production line are fit for purpose
• Report any issues to your line manager to support team success

Departments

2 Sisters Food Group Limited have two main departments that you could work in:

• Cutting: Involves cutting the bird into portions such as breast meat, wings, and thigh fillets, which are then packed into appropriate sizes.
• Whole Bird: Involves handling unportioned birds, seasoning, and packing whole chickens into baskets for stacking on pallets.

No experience is necessary as full training will be provided.
