As a dedicated Supervisor, you will lead, inspire, and motivate a team at Asda Express's welcoming Greggs bakery! Your responsibilities include managing the bakery in the absence of the Manager, ensuring smooth operations, promoting sales, and increasing profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and engage the team
• Oversee food preparation and store cleanliness
• Serve customers efficiently
• Monitor team performance and promote a positive working environment

Shift and Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
