With 33 beautifully appointed rooms featuring solid oak flooring and Scottish textiles, St Pancras Hotel Services Ltd pride ourselves on providing guests with a cozy and personalized travel experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the hotel including guest bedrooms and public spaces.
• Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Performing all housekeeping duties efficiently and to the highest standards, following standard operating procedures.
• Adhering to Health & Safety policies and demonstrating care procedures in all areas.
• Completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as directed.
• Maintaining high standards of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company dress code.
• Achieving personal KPIs consistently.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a hotel environment.
• At least 1 year of experience working as a cleaner.
• Reliable and dependable in fulfilling duties.
• Effective communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong team ethos and ability to support colleagues.
• Ability to use cleaning chemicals efficiently and safely.
