Overview

A Live-in Housekeeper is needed by this wonderful family in Bathwick, Bath to help maintain the cleanliness of their property. The ideal candidate will be someone organized and hardworking who takes initiative with all general housekeeping tasks.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday for 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule, with occasional help on the weekend.

Accommodation

Own room in property, separate from the home.

Duties Include:

• Maintaining a clean family home
• Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
• Dusting and polishing the furniture and fittings
• Cleaning wash basins, bathtubs, and showers
• Deep cleaning the kitchen
• Washing clothes
• Unloading the laundry and organizing the clothes
• Ironing
• Making up the beds and changing the linens
• Washing the dishes and loading/unloading the dishwasher

Candidate Preferences

Someone who can cook and prepare meals for the family is welcome but not mandatory. The family has a dog and a hamster, so someone pet-friendly is ideal, but there is no pet-care required. There is a big preference for Tagalog speakers; however, they can consider English-speaking candidates.

Salary and Benefits

Salary is £700 to £800 gross per week. The family is looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
