HR Consultant

Overview

As an HR Consultant at East Sussex County Council in Lewes, you will have the opportunity to develop your career within a collaborative team. Your role will involve providing solution-based HR advice to East Sussex County Council's customers, focusing on various employee relations matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise on contentious and complex areas of employee relations, including restructures and redundancies.

• Work within a large team of employee relations specialists, accessing support from HR experts.
• Build capacity among line managers to effectively resolve people management issues.

Salary and Benefits

Work Pattern

The role can be considered for both full-time and part-time opportunities. The standard work pattern is 37 hours per week, with flexibility available.
