With a vibrant Art Deco aesthetic, St Pancras Hotel Services Ltd's hotel boasts 60 luxurious bedrooms. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the Hotel including guest rooms and public spaces.
• Working as part of a team to ensure a pleasant environment is upheld.
• Performing all housekeeping duties efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Adhering to Health & Safety policies and demonstrating care procedures.
• Completing relevant daily, weekly, and monthly tasks as directed.
• Maintaining high standards of personal presentation and hygiene in line with the company dress code.
• Ensuring personal KPI’s are met.
• Demonstrating a proactive approach to self-development.

Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a luxury hotel.
• 1 year of experience as a cleaner.
• Reliable and dependable in performing duties.
• Customer service oriented with a desire to excel.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Strong team ethos and the ability to support colleagues.
• Ability to use cleaning chemicals safely and efficiently.
