Nico’s is a high-end Italian grill and pizza restaurant, owned and operated by entrepreneur Robin Birley, owner of private member’s clubs 5 Hertford Street & Oswald’s. Located in the heart of Mayfair, the restaurant provides a welcoming and exclusive environment with a menu that offers members freshly made pasta, pizza, and grill creations using the freshest and finest ingredients.

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Host include:

• Welcoming members and providing a professional and genuinely warm welcome.
• Answering the telephone, taking bookings, and dealing with general enquiries.
• Ensuring courteous and efficient service to all members, maintaining the highest standards of service.

Experience & Qualifications

The required experience and qualifications for 5 Hertford Street's Host are:

• Significant experience in a similar position.
• Experience in a luxury hotel, restaurant, or private member’s club is advantageous.

Working Hours

The working hours are:

• 45 hours a week.
• Shifts ranging between 10am and 12pm.

The club is closed on Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
