Head of Housing Services

Overview

Park Avenue Recruitment has partnered with a Local Authority in the East Midlands, seeking a Head of Housing Services for a 6-month contract. In this role, you will report directly to one of three Executive Directors and oversee:

• Housing Advice & Homelessness
• Housing Management
• Property Services (Stock size ~7,000)

You will lead a service with skilled managers and dedicated members, providing you with significant autonomy.

Responsibilities include:

• Developing housing strategies and policies
• Managing staff performance and development
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
