Job Purpose:
The Head of Sales (Winches & Lifting Solutions) is responsible for growing the lifting and pulling service line by targeting oil and gas and renewables companies that require equipment solutions for their needs. This includes flex-lay installations, handling projects, platform lifting, and onshore mining.
This role focuses on developing relationships with both existing and new customers. A successful candidate will have experience in developing client relationships and implementing business growth strategies. Responsibilities include managing sales activities, driving demand creation, and closing opportunities to increase market share.
A technical background is beneficial for strategic discussions with prospective clients, supported by technical experts at MDL. The incumbent plays a critical role in providing innovative solutions while maintaining a competitive edge in the oil and gas and renewables landscape.
The successful candidate should be self-motivated, results-oriented, and a confident communicator. Key attributes include adaptability, resilience, and a collaborative spirit.
