The Strategic Reward & Insight Team comprises a Strategic Lead, two Workforce Analysts, and the Reward and Insight Associate. The team is responsible for the production of workforce reports, liaising with customers and stakeholders to ensure their data requirements are met and that the data provided is accurate and easily understood.
This is a small, busy team crucial to submitting statutory returns on time, monitoring compliance with data about Kingston Council's collective workforce, and ensuring workforce-related Freedom of Information requests are collated and responded to promptly.
Responsibilities
- Producing a range of people reports
- Leading benchmarking exercises to design employee benefits packages
- Providing data for strategic decision-making
- Submitting large workforce returns
- Building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About You
As the Reward and Insight Associate, you will support the team by gathering data and coordinating responses to FOI requests, attending meetings, and liaising with the wider HR team. Your excellent attention to detail will help you accurately input, maintain, and analyze data. A passion for using data to improve services will enable you to add value to the team.
