Job Overview

Are you a solution-focused individual with experience of providing support to users of IT systems? Do you have excellent communication skills, including enquiry, influencing, and presentation of information to help identify issues and resolve problems? If so, North Lincolnshire Council would like to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality, accurate, and timely support in relation to the council’s HR and Payroll (HRP) system.
• Ensure day-to-day availability for a range of users.
• Minimise downtime and liaise with software suppliers.
• Produce user guides and operating procedures.
• Deliver training to enhance the end-user experience.
• Work collaboratively to provide excellent service to employees, managers, and customers.
