Position: Specialist Community Public Health Nurse - Health Visitor

The West Locality Team is evolving to support family/community hubs in Barking. NELFT North East London Foundation Trust seek motivated and innovative Health Visitors for the Healthy Child Programme.

This role is perfect for both newly qualified and experienced professionals. NELFT North East London Foundation Trust provide collaborative learning opportunities within an integrated skill-mix team and emphasize staff well-being.

Main Duties:

• Lead delivery of the Healthy Child Programme.
• Ensure evidence-based services are provided within the 4 tier model.
• Manage caseloads according to national strategies.
• Enhance health for disadvantaged groups.

Requirements:

• Specialist Community Public Health Nurse/Health Visitor qualification.
• Experience working with children and young people.
• Excellent communication skills.

Education and Training:

• Current NMC registration.
