Responsibilities

• Produce custom reconciliation reports prior to deadlines.
• Investigate and match exceptions generated via an online application.
• Review internal and external transaction reports for reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with operational controls and procedures.
• Analyze large data sets to identify process efficiencies.
• Timely escalate issues to Supervisors and Managers.
• Support junior team members and provide training as needed.
• Assist Team Leaders in daily reviews.
