Individual Needs Assistant

Overview

Organisation: Weald Federation INA based at Mark Cross Primary School.

Salary: £22,737 per annum pro rata.

Contract Type: Term Time - Fixed Term.

Work Pattern: Part Time Hours 13.75.

Hours of Work: 13.75 hours per week.

Working Pattern: Part-time, Term-time only (working for 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave, which will increase after 5 years' continuous service). This salary will be pro rata for part-time work.

Fixed Term For: Until July 2025.

The successful candidate will:

• Demonstrate versatility and flexibility.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with children and colleagues.
• Preferably have experience of working with children with SEND.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum is beneficial but not essential.
