Job Overview

East Sussex County Council is urgently seeking an Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to provide dedicated support for a Year 8 pupil with specific medical needs, including a tracheostomy. You will receive specialized training to manage these responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support for the assigned pupil.
• Assist in the changing of the tracheostomy tube when necessary.
