Role Overview

The Landmark London is currently looking for a passionate Waiter / Waitress to join The Landmark London's Restaurant on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. Your role will be to consistently deliver memorable moments and five-star service to The Landmark London's guests and each other. It's vital that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support The Landmark London's happy and fun environment, as The Landmark London strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where The Landmark London care about careers and not just jobs.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver meals and beverages to guest rooms in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation meets standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries, addressing special requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Be attentive to all guests and ensure special requests are delivered accurately.
• Set up dining tables in guest rooms, arranging cutlery, glassware, and condiments to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Maintain cleanliness in service areas, collect used dishes, and ensure the dining experience remains tidy throughout service.
• Stay informed about menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with recommendations and answer questions.
• Communicate dietary restrictions and special requests from guests to Supervisors or Manager.

Work Hours

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
