Junior Product Technologist

Overview

Job Purpose

To assist the Product Technologist in managing all products imported by Gift Universe. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Work closely with the Far East office across the product testing process and factory audits.
• Liaise with domestic & international 3rd party Testing Labs for safety testing and certification.
• Ensure product technical files are complete and robust.
• Maintain technical files and database, ensuring all test reports and certifications are up to date.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address product defects and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze customer returns, identifying and rectifying issues.
• Assist with customer inquiries related to products.
• Ensure product labeling complies with regulations.
• Assist with MSDS and SDS documentation.
