Valor Hospitality is seeking a hardworking and dedicated Kitchen Porter to join Valor Hospitality's team at Valor Hospitality. Located in the vibrant Holiday Inn Peterborough - West, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of Valor Hospitality's kitchen. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
• Assisting with the preparation of ingredients and supporting the chefs during food preparation.
• Handling and storing food in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations.
• Maintaining the inventory of kitchen supplies and informing management when items are low in stock.
• Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery according to standards.
• Following all safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Disposing of waste properly and recycling whenever possible.
