Job Summary

Flames of Lincoln LTD is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join Flames of Lincoln LTD's team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various projects by performing a range of manual tasks. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Duties

• Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
• Perform general maintenance and cleaning of work areas
• Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks efficiently
• Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
• Report any issues or concerns to management promptly

Experience

• Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Strong physical fitness and stamina for lifting and carrying heavy items
• Basic knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites is preferred
• Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
