The Role

• Identify residents’ unique goals, creating and implementing personalised activity plans.
• Manage the team to help residents explore new interests, engage in physical activities, and enjoy themselves in a stimulating environment.
• Ensure the programme of events is well advertised throughout the home.
• Maintain individual reports and provide updates on resident wellbeing to relatives.
• Keep up to date with local and national events to influence the activity programme.
