A Room in the Garden Ltd is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join A Room in the Garden Ltd's highly skilled team. The Marketing Assistant will support various marketing initiatives, helping to enhance A Room in the Garden Ltd's brand presence and engage with A Room in the Garden Ltd's target audience effectively.
Duties
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital and print.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Create and manage content for A Room in the Garden Ltd's website using WordPress, ensuring it is up-to-date and engaging.
- Utilise Google Ads to optimise online advertising efforts and track campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials using Adobe software.
- Analyse marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and provide actionable insights.
- Support project management tasks by coordinating timelines, resources, and deliverables for various marketing projects.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks.
- Manage and create social media presence on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn on regular basis.
Requirements
- Proven experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Alternatively a marketing graduate without previous experience.
- Familiarity with market analysis techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of WordPress for content management.
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) is advantageous.
- Not essential but welcomed copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content for diverse audiences.
- Excellent project management skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
