Overview

National Trust're seeking a Marketing Campaign Executive to join National Trust on a fixed term contract until 30 January 2026. You'll ensure that National Trust're delivering the highest quality marketing communications across the organisation, achieving agreed targets, to time and on budget. Working as part of a collaborative team, you’ll deliver a creative, integrated, omni-channel response to marketing communications strategy.

Your contractual location will be National Trust's head office in Swindon with an expectation for you to attend the office. However, there’s flexibility on where you’re based at other times. What you'll be doing: Working as part of the Marketing Delivery team, you will lead for the successful delivery of marketing campaign assets in support of a key programme of work. You’ll work within a core team responsible for one of National Trust's key objectives and will also work closely with other areas of the organisation. You'll be an experienced marketing account manager; dynamic, energetic, and a creative thinker. The ability to influence at all levels and exceptional account management skills are essential. You’ll be adept at working to a process to deliver outstanding campaigns that will shape the future of National Trust's legendary brand and ensure the success of National Trust's marketing communications strategy. Working cross-functionally, you’ll demonstrate leadership for your campaign, motivating and driving your team to deliver.

Who National Trust're looking for: You'll be an experienced marketing account manager; dynamic, energetic, and a creative thinker. The ability to influence at all levels and great account management are crucial. You’ll be adept at working to a process to deliver exceptional campaigns. You don't need to have all of the knowledge, skills, and experience listed in the role profile; this is just to provide a full picture of what’s possible in this role. You'll have:

  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience of working within a Project Management system (e.g. Workfront)
  • Proven account management experience either in-house or agency
  • Experience of managing creative, artwork, and approvals at senior level
  • Knowledge of film, imagery, and print production
  • Experience in managing complex schedules, budgets, and output

Requirements: Compliance and eligibility to work in the UK. Fixed Term full-time (37.5 hours per week to 30/01/26).
