This is an outstanding opportunity for a highly credible GP/medical/dental leader with a passion for integrated community working to join Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust's forward-thinking Clinical Group, Senior Leadership Team.
With a strong track record in governance, safety, integrating services and clinical effectiveness, you will provide senior clinical leadership for Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust's Manchester and Trafford Local Care Organisations (LCOs) and the University Dental Hospital of Manchester (UDHM). Key Responsibilities
- Bringing your wealth of experience as a clinical leader, you will make Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust's LCOs and UDHM synonymous with quality, safety, and clinical effectiveness.
- Providing professional leadership to the medical and dental workforce across the Clinical Group, leading on GP, medical and dental workforce planning, recruitment, productivity, employee relations, promoting diversity, equality, and creating a sense of belonging.
- Acting as a role model for other medical leaders across MFT, securing confidence and credibility with teams as well as external stakeholders and Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust's local communities.
- Guiding Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust through challenging decisions, sometimes in the face of opposition, ensuring Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust act in the best interests of patient safety and patient experience.
- Using exceptional communication and collaboration skills to help reconfigure Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust's services to put patients at the centre of everything Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust do, working with other MFT medical leaders.
