Due to recent client wins and internal expansion plans, Albion Rye Associates is looking for a dynamic, highly engaged, and creative Marketing Operations Executive. This role will leverage enthusiasm, creativity, and strong digital skills to deliver effective marketing strategies that build online and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and publish engaging content to enhance brand visibility across all social channels.
• Monitor and analyze SEO performance, creating plans to improve engagement.
• Manage the company's marketing calendar, creating event marketing plans leading up to key events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing collateral and campaigns to engage with passive job seekers and new business opportunities.
• Work with key clients to create targeted marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze internal usage of the company’s tech stack.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing or social media.
• Driving license.
