Machine Setter Operator

Overview

Recruit4staff is representing a leading Packaging Company in their search for a Machine Setter Operator in Leicester. The successful candidate will receive:

• Salary: £35,832.60 per annum
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Double Days: 6 am - 1:30 pm / 1:20 pm - 8:50 pm
• Permanent role with uniform and PPE provided
• 21 days holiday plus bank holidays

Role Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machinery for pharmaceutical carton manufacturing
• Ensure quality and volume output
• Manage daily operations of the machines
• Perform maintenance on folding machines and equipment
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards

Candidate Requirements:

• Previous experience with folding machines is ESSENTIAL
• Understanding of complex carton manufacturing is ESSENTIAL
• Knowledge of HHS Gluing Systems is BENEFICIAL
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Basic PC knowledge
