About the Role

As a Night Senior Carer at a Barchester care home, you'll look after the different needs of Barchester Healthcare's residents to enable Barchester Healthcare to deliver quality, person-centred care and support. Your role will involve supervising and inspiring a team of dedicated Care Assistants alongside the Deputy General Manager. You can also expect to support the clinical team in specific areas, such as medication, assessments, care plans, or care reviews. You'll always respect the dignity and preferences of Barchester Healthcare's residents and contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and vibrant environment.
About You
To join Barchester Healthcare as a Senior Care Assistant, you should have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, along with specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. Barchester Healthcare're looking for individuals who are warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care and support to each resident. Qualifications
