Position Overview

As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail care services to both regular and visiting clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for those looking to expand their expertise in a new and refreshing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Exceptional Nail Services: Provide a wide range of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, nail extensions, and basic nail art, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene.
• Personalised Consultations: Engage with clients to understand their preferences and manage desirable outcomes through expert recommendations. Tailor each service to individual needs, ensuring a quality experience.
• Trend Awareness: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products. Continuously enhance skills through ongoing education and training.
• Building Client Relationships: Create a welcoming and relaxing environment for each client, delivering excellent customer service with personal touches that foster lasting relationships.

Requirements

• Experience: Must have proficiency with all nail systems, including acrylic and BIAB.
• Nail Art: Proficiency in nail art is essential, with knowledge of basic designs such as French manicures and line work.
• Qualifications: Level 2 NVQ Qualified or equivalent certification in nail technology.
• Salon Experience: Prior experience in a salon environment is essential (at least 2 years required).

Salary and Benefits

Pay: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
